感謝您選購 GORJES 的飾品。由於本品牌商品皆為 全新製作鑲嵌或限量販售,一經下單製作,恕不接受退換貨,僅在商品本身有瑕疵或出貨錯誤的情況下,方接受退換或退款申請。

不接受退換貨的情況

非商品本身瑕疵之理由(例如個人喜好、顏色差異)。

因個人使用不當或保存不良造成的損壞(如刮傷、化學藥劑、撞擊)。

耳環等個人衛生性商品,基於衛生考量,除商品本身瑕疵外不接受退換。

訂製或刻字商品,除非商品瑕疵,恕不接受退換。

可接受退換貨的情況
- 戒指尺寸不合,與店家商議後同意換貨之情況。

商品在出貨過程中損壞,或收到商品時即有嚴重瑕疵。

退換貨流程

請於收到商品後 7 日內 提供照片並聯繫Instagram客服(gorjes_tw)

若商品存在瑕疵或寄錯商品,本店將承擔退貨運費並協助更換。若因個人原因(如不喜歡、尺寸不合等)申請退貨,退貨的運費將由買方自行承擔。

經確認屬於瑕疵或錯誤出貨後,請於指定期限內將商品完整寄回(含包裝、附件、贈品)。
- 請務必使用可追蹤的配送方式寄回,若退貨途中遺失,恕不負責。
- 退款或換貨將於收到退回商品並檢查無誤後 7–10 個工作天內辦理。

Return & Exchange Policy (International)
Thank you for choosing GORJES jewelry. As all our pieces are newly crafted, custom-set, or produced in limited quantities, once an order is placed and production has begun, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We only accept return or refund requests in cases where the item itself is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
Non-Returnable Situations

Returns due to reasons other than product defects (e.g., personal preference, color variation caused by lighting or screen display).

Damage caused by improper use or poor storage (e.g., scratches, contact with chemicals, impact).

Earrings and other personal hygiene items. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted unless the product itself is defective.

Customized or engraved items. Unless defective, these cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligible Return Situations

Ring size does not fit, and return is approved after discussion with the store.

The item was damaged during shipping, or arrives with significant defects.

Incorrect item was shipped.
Return Process

Please contact us via Instagram customer service (@gorjes_tw) within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos and the email address used at checkout.

International orders are not eligible for free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once confirmed as defective or incorrect, the item must be returned within the specified period in complete condition (including packaging, accessories, and any gifts).

Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Initial shipping fees, international duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
