出貨處理時間 Order Processing

接單製作商品:我們的產品皆為接單製作,下單後需 7–10 個工作天製作,再寄出。請耐心等候您的專屬商品。
Made-to-order items: Our products are made-to-order items. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping. Thank you for your patience. -
預購或其他客製商品將依照商品頁面標示之製作天數出貨。
Pre-order/customized items will ship according to the lead time stated on the product page.
運送時間 Shipping Time

台灣本地訂單:預計 2–4 個工作天送達(不含例假日與國定假日)。
Taiwan domestic orders: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). -
國際訂單:依地區不同約 7–14 個工作天,旺季或清關可能延長。
International orders: Approx. 7–14 business days depending on destination; peak seasons or customs may cause delays.

本店透過 **e小包/順豐/EMS**寄送。
Orders are shipped via ePacket/SF Express/EMS. -
顧客請提供正確的收件地址與聯絡方式,如因資訊錯誤導致配送失敗,需自行負擔再次寄送費用。
Please provide accurate shipping information. Re-delivery fees due to incorrect address/recipient info will be borne by the customer.

退換貨政策 Return & Exchange Policy

因個人衛生考量,耳環/客製化商品恕不退換。
For hygiene reasons, earrings/customized products are non-returnable. -
若商品有瑕疵或寄錯,請於收到後 7 日內與我們聯繫,我們將安排退換貨。
If you receive a defective/wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for exchange/return. -
非瑕疵退貨之國際運費與關稅恕不退還,退貨運費需由買方負擔。
For non-defective returns, international shipping fees and duties are non-refundable, and return shipping is at buyer’s cost.
