運送時間 / Shipping time
海外配送約寄出後 7–14 個工作天（旺季或清關延長）。／ Approx. 7–14 business days after shipment, longer during peak seasons or customs processing.
關稅與稅費 / Duties & taxes
訂單價格 不含進口稅與關稅；若產生將由收件人於交貨時支付。／ Prices exclude import duties/taxes; recipients are responsible for any charges on delivery.
地址與配送 / Address & delivery
請提供英文完整地址與可收件的電話。快遞若多次未送達，可能退回並產生二次運費。／ Provide a complete address in English and a reachable phone number. Re-delivery/return may incur additional fees.
退換貨 / Returns
客製/衛生類商品（如耳環）恕不退換。非瑕疵退貨之國際運費恕不退還。／ Custom/personal items (e.g., earrings) are non-returnable. International shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
